If you enjoy planning fun events and meeting new people, then UAB is the place for you! There are nine committees that need your ideas and energy. You can join UAB by attending a general board meeting on Mondays at 6 pm in the Lake Huron Room at the MSU Union. Membership is open all year long, and new members are welcomed and encouraged weekly! Come meet us and get involved in the best programming group on campus.

In addition to volunteer and involvement opportunities, an annual selection process begins in March of spring semester to select the nine student UAB Directors who lead UAB during the next academic year. If you are interested in taking on a leadership role with UAB, watch for information and consider applying to be a UAB Director! A leadership position in UAB helps you develop skills in planning time management, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, budgeting, communication, creativity, and so much more.
